From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, and caring — not just about the birds themselves, but also about making sure each bird goes to the right home. As someone experienced with raising baby parrots, I was able to bring my precious baby home earlier than most people, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and responsibility this breeder demonstrates. They perform disease testing on the parents and also individually test each baby, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Their dedication to the health and well-being of their birds is very clear. I also appreciated how educational and transparent they are. They provide helpful videos for bird owners, openly answer questions, and never pressure anyone during the process. Even their contract was thoughtfully designed and included excellent guidance about safe foods, dangerous foods, and proper care. Chris was especially helpful in making sure I had everything needed to bring my sweet baby home. We bonded almost immediately, and it’s obvious this baby was raised with love, patience, and proper socialization. My Ruby Gold Macaw is gentle, affectionate, confident, and absolutely adorable.
