Gaithersburg, Maryland Received sweet, harness-trained GW macaw. Tested positive for bornavirus at vet. Breeder states that macaw tested negative 3 times previously + parents tested negative multiple times. Offered FULL refund to return bird, but I declined as we bonded.

Thanks Ana, i'm glad you love our birdie. Single disease testing can be inaccurate so all our birds are disease tested multiple times to ensure everyone ends up with a healthy bird. Please look through the paperwork provided to you by our vet. Enjoy your new companion! :)
