Description

🦜 Hand-Raised Solomon Island Eclectus Babies – Weaning Now! 🦜 These beautiful Solomon Island Eclectus babies are currently weaning and looking for their forever homes! They have been hand-raised from day one and given lots of individual attention, making them wonderfully social, confident, and people-oriented. They have been raised right in our home alongside dogs, children, vacuuming, household activity, and all the normal sounds of a busy family home. They are accustomed to being handled and exposed to everyday sights and sounds, which gives them a fantastic foundation for becoming confident, well-adjusted companion parrots. 💚 Excellent pet potential 💚 Hand-raised from day one 💚 Socialized in a busy family home 💚 Accustomed to dogs, children, vacuuming, and household noises 💚 Currently weaning and learning to eat independently 💚 Potential breeding birds for the future 🧬 Blue Genetic Potential These babies come from a blue split male. I personally purchased their father from an established aviary where I was able to see both of his parents. Their father was blue, and their mother was blue split. Because of their father's genetics, each baby has a 50% chance of carrying the blue mutation. The babies cannot be visually identified as blue split simply by appearance, so this should be considered 50% genetic probability rather than a guaranteed split. This makes them especially interesting for someone looking for a wonderful companion bird with future breeding potential. Our goal is to raise healthy, confident Eclectus that are equally suited to being cherished family pets or becoming part of a responsible breeding program. Serious inquiries welcome. We are happy to answer questions about each baby's personality, weaning progress, diet, and genetics.

Health Guarantee The health and well being of our birds is extremely important to us. All babies are monitored closely throughout the hand feeding and weaning process and are only placed once they are healthy, thriving, and ready for their new home. Our birds are not routinely tested for every avian disease prior to placement. Disease testing is available upon request and can be arranged prior to purchase at the buyer's expense. If testing is requested, the specific tests and associated costs will be discussed with the buyer before testing is performed. We encourage buyers to establish a relationship with an avian veterinarian and recommend that all newly purchased birds receive an examination by an avian veterinarian shortly after arriving home. Guarantee and Returns Our birds leave our care in good health and we are committed to being available to our customers after the sale. Because parrots are living animals and can be affected by stress, environmental changes, diet, and other factors after leaving our care, we cannot guarantee against illnesses or conditions that develop after the bird has been transferred to the buyer. If a significant health concern is discovered shortly after purchase, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Birds may not be returned without prior approval. Returns are evaluated on an individual basis and must be discussed with us before any arrangements are made. Refunds are not automatically provided for birds that are returned. We will always do our best to work with our customers and prioritize the welfare of the bird. Weaning & Placement Our babies are not rushed through the weaning process. They are placed when they are developmentally ready and eating appropriately on their own. Buyers will receive information about the bird's current diet and feeding routine so that the transition to a new home can be as smooth as possible. We are happy to answer questions and provide guidance regarding diet, socialization, housing, enrichment, and the transition into the new home. Pickup & Shipping Local pickup is preferred and allows buyers to meet their new bird in person and discuss care and transition before taking the bird home. Shipping is available upon request and will be arranged through a safe, reputable live-animal transportation method when appropriate. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be discussed before purchase. We reserve the right to decline shipping if weather conditions, the bird's age, health, or other circumstances make transportation unsafe. Buyer Expectations We want our babies to go to responsible homes where their long-term physical and emotional needs will be understood and met. Prospective owners should be prepared for the commitment involved in caring for an Eclectus parrot, including proper nutrition, veterinary care, enrichment, social interaction, safe housing, and a lifetime commitment. We are always happy to answer questions before and after purchase. We would much rather help a prospective owner determine whether an Eclectus is the right bird for them than make a placement that isn't a good fit. Our relationship with our customers doesn't end when a bird leaves our home. We are happy to remain a resource throughout the bird's life.
