Parrot Stars is wonderful and we highly recommend them! The staff truly cares about the wellbeing of parrots. We shop at the store regularly for supplies and are so lucky to have them close by. Highly recommended for all of your parrot needs!!!
Staff is fake and only cares about the business. They force customers to buy their good food but give out horrible food to boarding birds. I got my cockatiel here, and boarded him two years later for a week and he plucked so much and almost died.
I couldn't bring home my baby bird after I purchased him, due to a last-minute business trip. They graciously housed him for me for three weeks, until I could take him. Very gracious of them, my Leon is now the sweetest boy, I love him to bits.
Bought my African Cape Parrot, Lulu, from Parrot Stars and she came to me at 4 months of age tame, clean, in great health and eating well right away. Alexis helped me get her and I am delighted!! Lulu has a super personality!
I visit their shop regularly (pre-covid anyway). They are wonderful people who take excellent care of their birds. Sweet, healthy, well-raised birds.
