Cockatiels are my personal favorite. They are fairly quiet (some males can be quiet vocal), can learn short phrases and learn to whistle tunes. Cockatiels do not go through a nippy phase like other parrots and are generally laid back and easy going birds. I am currently handfeeding about a dozen cockatiels. These adorable babies will be weaning over the next 4-6 weeks onto fresh veggies, seeds, and pellets. A twenty percent deposit is requried to hold until weaned.
