We guarantee that there are no diseases or parasite symptoms at the time of sale and that our birds are completely healthy to the best of our knowledge. When a customer purchases a bird from us, we provide our customers a 3 day health guarantee.
Within three days of the purchase, customers are encouraged to take the bird to an avian certified veterinarian voluntarily. If an avian veterinarian states that the bird is unhealthy, a certificate/paperwork on letterhead must be presented to us within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full refund of the bird.
In the event the buyer fails to have the bird examined by a certified avian veterinarian within three days after pickup or delivery, the buyer understands and agrees that the sale is final, and there is no guarantee/refund on the bird
