All birds are sold in as is condition - with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to any charges made in terms of a payment towards the purchase and agrees not to allow a chargeback of any kind by their credit card company made to Exotic Pet Birds, Inc. All payments made at any point towards the purchase of the bird are final and non-refundable. Buyer agrees that at the time of purchase and receipt of bird, the bird was in good health and has no signs of illness. I understand that birds can be unpredictable and are intelligent creatures that require consistent and frequent attention, supervision and care. I also understand that birds can fly even when clipped and am aware that Exotic Pet Birds inc. shall reserve the right to clip the wings of any bird in their care. We request buyer contact us in the event of significant weight loss or signs of illness merely as a goodwill support of the customer and pet. All birds sold have been DNA tested with the exception of any sexually dimorphic birds. Exotic Pet Birds inc. does periodic environmental disease testing for pollyoma and psittacosis throughout the facility. Select birds are tested to ensure the health and safety of our livestock. If medical attention is ever needed for the bird being purchased while in the care of by Exotic Pet Birds inc., said medical attention shall be provided for as directed by Exotic Pet Birds inc. Any medical attention supplied for during the ownership of Exotic Pet Birds inc. shall be paid for by Exotic Pet Birds inc. All medical care involving the care of the bird while still owned and cared for by Exotic Pet Birds inc. shall be directed by Exotic Pet Birds inc. Once transferred to the new owner no warranty shall be expressed or implied as we can not guarantee that the new environment and level of care will remain equal.
