I bought an eclectus from Pretty Exotic Birds and from start to finish, the process was a wonderful experience. Communication was thorough. Plenty of updates were given until my baby was ready to ship. I asked for lots of pictures along the way and they were always promptly and kindly sent. The shipping process couldn’t have been smoother. My bird was sent with the utmost care. At every step of the process, the seller offered all the information one could imagine, as well as recommended care after receipt of the bird. Lab work was provided and was as close to the day of transfer as humanly possible. Most importantly, my bird is amazing. From the moment I picked him up, we have been inseparable. It was immediately apparent that he was EXTREMELY comfortable with human hands and interaction. It’s very clear that he was handled with care far beyond what any other bird I’ve encountered had received. I was initially nervous making such a commitment, both time and finances, without meeting the bird or setting an aviary in person. All my fears were quickly addressed. I fully recommend Pretty Exotic Birds without hesitation. Thank you for the amazing addition to our family!
I love my Chica! She's my yellow parrotlet. She arrived in extremely good condition, packaged very well with food and water—from Florida to Vegas, no problem! She was immediately eating and extremely tame, which was exactly what I was hoping for when searching for a breeder. Chica and I couldn't be more endorsing of Pretty Exotic Birds!
I had such a great experience with Pretty Exotic Birds LLC! They were so sweet, kind, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or wanted an update. You can really tell they care about their birds and handle them with so much love and care
I am very happy with the purchase of my mew parrotlet baby. My experience with the breeder was fantastic, she is swift to respond to requests, made the purchase transaction smooth as silk. My new bird is everything that I asked for, am very happy.
We've bought birds before at a different place, and then bought from Pretty Exotic Birds. Pretty Exotic Birds will be the only place we will ever purchase anymore birds. We bought one earlier this year, and then bought two more recently.
