Kayla . I just read you in detail review , I’m sorry you feel it necessary to try and impact me negatively , what I do well is raise birds , raising birds occupies at least 18 hrs of my day when they are young , the Ringneck you ordered was hatched in an incubator , from day one , I fed it 6 times daily from that point and if you times this by the amount of babies I have it’s 18 hrs of work daily , the reason I hatch ringnecks from day 1 is because I have found it is the best way to ensure the pet quality of the bird . I am very good at raising birds . If you take time to read my reviews you will see over and over Again that people comment on how well socialized my birds are . Because of these demands I guess I can be slow to answer but I try and keep up , I guess I misunderstood you last email , now that I have re read it I see that you were asking for more info about flights . You wrote in you review that money was no object so I’m not quite sure why you didn’t ask to pay extra for shipping as this was one of the options we offered , but you stated that you would wait till next season or until delta resumed . So as for your recommendation about changing my business practices ... I will keep caring for my birds as I have always done , BUT instead of me being the person to to keep up with customers needs , my wife will handle all correspondence , that way this sort of situation should be avoided . Finally , I was not being condescending in my voicemail and am sorry you thought that I was . The review process can be fair and unfair , vendors have no control over what people write and the is no judge to verify if it is justified or not . Covid 19 has seriously affected my family business , I have never experienced not being able to ship my birds to their new owners , it has hit us financially as it has many business owners in many fields , I Pray that some kind of solution can be found to lessen the disastrous impacts of this virus .
