  Susan Ballan Kingston, New York Beware of this breeder. She was selling birds without a valid permit. She accepted a deposit on a Congo African Grey parrot in January 2026 when she was not licensed to sell any birds. Refused to return deposit. 3/10/2026 9:49:19 PM

  This person is upset because she canceled on a bird due to personal issues and wanted a refund on her deposit. I reminded her of our non refundable deposit policy and offered to apply it to a bird in the future, she refused. All our permits are in place. Other breeders beware of this buyer.
