Health Guarantee ---------------- This bird comes with a 72-hour health guarantee from time of pickup or delivery; if any illness arises within that window, Buyer must have the bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian within 72 hours and provide written documentation to Seller. This guarantee covers only pre-existing genetic or health conditions present at time of sale, and does not cover illness, injury, or death resulting from improper care, diet, housing, or shipping stress after the bird leaves Seller's possession. If a covered condition is properly documented, Seller's sole remedy is replacement with a bird of comparable value or store credit; no cash refunds will be issued, and all deposits remain non-refundable.
