BKY.NYC Aviary Limited Health Guarantee
BKY.NYC guarantees that your bird is healthy at the time of pickup or delivery. To keep this guarantee active, you must have the bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian within three business days of receiving it.
If the avian veterinarian finds a pre-existing life-threatening illness or congenital defect within these three days, you must provide BKY.NYC Aviary with the official written veterinary report, including diagnostics and laboratory results, within 24 hours of the exam. Upon verification of the report, BKY.NYC Aviary will replace the bird with one of equal value from an upcoming clutch or issue a full refund of the purchase price, at the aviary's discretion. The buyer is responsible for all veterinary fees, diagnostics, and transportation costs associated with the medical examination.
This health guarantee becomes completely void if the bird is not examined by a licensed avian veterinarian within the strict three-day window, or if the bird shows signs of injury, accidental trauma, toxic exposure, or negligence while in the buyer's care.
