Fantastic breeder. I called numerous times asking about the Panama Amazon. Joe was always SUPER nice. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to buy from him. Very pleasant, and knowledgeable about his birds. The purchase could not have went any smoother, VERY PLEASED, and would defintely buy from him again. He even told us that our little baby was sayin a few words and he was SO RIGHT, when we picked him up at the airport, my grandsons went about 20 feet and we heard the word HELLO. So pleased.

I purchased two parrots from Birds By Joe. A green cheek conure and then i went back and purchsed a White Bellie Caique. Both birds are perfect. Friendly and well socialized. I would reccomend anyone to buy from Birds By Joe......aaron

we contacted by phone joe asking if he could get us a queen of boveria and a cape parrot , he said no problem that but the queen of boveria needed a special lincence and you cant sell over state lines him being in new jersey and me being in massachusettes would be impossible , but not to worry because he would me me half way and sell it to me anyway, so we sent him a deposit for the 2 birds , after 2 months with our deposit he refused to sell us the birds .and never answered our phone calls

Breeder Reply: I do not sell birds with out the propper permits,and since you are in law enforcment you should know better than to ask some one to break the law. Surprised you aksed this of someone you never met, but i guesse what the say about some law people they think they are above the law. As for not answering your calls . Calling every 3 minutes and having others from different numbers call while i have a store with customers in it... they get top priority. I have voice mail leave a message (once) and i will call back end of day!!! I require a 50% deposit you refused to send that you sent 1000 for almost 5000 in birds... You had satated to me you have a cape sent back to another bird store, a umbrella rehomed and a hyacinth rehomed. I do not feel you/your home would be a good fit for the birds i sell.Or any other pet... I raise them in my home and then bring into my store. I take pride in my birds. That said, you and wife were some of the most attention needing demanding customers I have come across in 12 years of dealing with the public.send pictures ,send videos, send a video of a customer with the bird, send a video of your wife holding the bird...after 6 requests and that i did. you received a full refund of your deposit minus the check fees the ban kassesed for the cancelled check you mailed to me then had cancelled....Reguards Joe Reilly |
