REDUCED ADOPTION FEE ⭐️‼️ Male African Grey Congo. He is not tame and will probably do best with someone who will be comfortable with not handling him. He likes to talk and whistle a lot and knows many words. He is also a very large bird. He can possibly be tamed, but it will take effort and time. Since he’s still a pet bird he will let you give him head scratches here and there. He was not previously a breeder but could be in the first.
