Good choice for those who would love a large bird with a calm demeanor. Highly intelligent, comical and strikingly beautiful. They thrive on a lot of interaction with people making this bird a well family member. They're the easiest macaws to train and love on. They really love that attention and very easy to bond to you. All of the harlequins that I've ever raised have been the sweetest birds. I've been doing this for over 35 years now and I love it when babies come along.
