Health guarantee is null and void if the bird is not seen by an Avian Vet within five days of receipt. If the Vet determines that the bird is suffering from a life threatening illness and states so in writing, World of Birds will replace the bird with one of equal value. No other exchanges or returns for any other reason than stated above.
