JustBirdz Aviary guarantees that, at the time of purchase, the bird(s) being purchased are in good health. All bird(s) have a seven-day full price replacement guarantee providing the bird(s) is seen by a certified avian veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of purchase or shipping arrival. If problems are found, at JustBirdz Aviary’s discretion, bird(s) will be replaced with one of equal value when one becomes available, or return the purchase price paid for the bird(s). This guarantee starts when you take possession of the bird(s). JustBirdz Aviary does not cover the shipping cost nor vet visit fees.
