Kookaburra, Australian Laughing Kookaburras (Dacelo) Captive bred babies, 3 to pick from. Kooks are not cuddly pets. They are more like a hawk then a parrot type bird. Many bird shows use them. Usually with a short recording of their call you can get them to do it themselves in front of an audience. Other then flying from point A to point B their learning ability is limited. As babies they don't mind being touched but as adult they are more like a cat then a dog. They use you for food...lol, Ok calm down cat people. ( "maybe" your cat likes you... ) Kooks have become very hard to find. Easy to bird to feed, easy bird to breed, easy babies to hand feed if you breed your own mice.
