Feathered Treasures began in 1993 with one pair of cockatiels. We all know that cockatiels are like potato chips -- you can't have just one, or two, or three ... We then began acquiring various types of exotic birds for breeding, and kept back some of our babies for future breeders. Unsure of what we wanted to breed, we set off on an educational tour over the years. By settling on a few select species, we are able to maintain a well-balanced aviary and very happy breeding pairs. |
