We put a five day warranty on our birds. The bird must be seen by your avian vet within this time frame for warranty to be honored. We do not warranty unweaned babies.

WE SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY...THE COST OF SHIPPING VARIES DEPENDING ON WHERE THE BIRD IS BEING SHIPPED TO PLUS THE SIZE OF BIRD AFFECTS THE SIZE OF CARRIER NEEDED. THE MINIMAL COSTS ARE $154 FOR THE FLIGHT $25 COURRIER FEES AND $35 FOR AN AIRLINE APPROVED CARRIER.
