She was so helpful from the time I purchased until the time I recieved my baby. And then some. When I receive her she was already talking and she was the sweetest thing. I could tell Monica spent alot of time with her birds, by the was she acted when I got her. She was so friendly from the minute I picked her up at the airport. Her birds are some of the most well behaved birds I've ever purchased. She is very patient and has a plethora of knowledge. My only regret is not buying more pairs from her. HIGHLY recommend. Shipping inexpensive plus not just a box, but a pet carrier with a perch and Zupreem. I'll use that carrier for Vet trips. Birds in good health. I would defintely feel comfortable buying again from this breeder! Only issue was one has a band with 98 on it but I was told they were 8. The breeder didn't have them long, but I was told that before buying - fair price. Overall 5 stars. I picked my baby up and her facilities were VERY clean and bird oriented. I know that my baby had a great life with her while hand feeding.
