I emailed her about one of her birds and got a response only a few hours later.
Within maybe a 24 hour period everything was set except for the flight date, so it was a very smooth and easy process.
The bird was in great condition, was playing and sitting on my hand eating millet on the first day, very happy and tame little guy.
The air shipment was smooth, no problems, arrived on time and the carrier was perfect for him and clean.
I would recommend buying from her.
