People refuse to respond i will report to the D.E.C Breeder Reply: Buyer purchased 2- crested Zebra Finches and 2- Black Cheek Zebra Finches. We shipped her the order plus an extra Zebra hen no charge because we didin't want her to breed crested x crested. Their was a problem with the crested Zebra hen on arrival (which she has been reimbursed for). There were no problems with any others on arrival and they themselves said all the others looked great except the one crested hen. Now over two weeks later they send another photo and claim another bird arrived with a problem but it looks like a recent injury by the wet blood still on the leg. Anyhow we refunded payment she sent for two of the birds plus she already got the extra one for free. Nobody has refused to respond maybe not as fast as a response as normal because of the holidays but she doesn't like the response and wants her money back for all the birds.
