Kris really cares about her sweet birds and it's clear from my growing relationship with my bird Marley that he was treated very well in her care. He is so sweet and full of it! She shipped him so carefully to CA with toys and goodies both inside and some extra for us so we could feed him what he was used to. Excellent quality, care, communication, shipping! THANKS KRIS! He is so well adjusted already due to the time and energy Kris puts into her birds. She(Kris) has extreme knowledge of all of her "babies". I would definatly recommend her to anyone looking for a new addition to your family. She works very closely with you to make sure all is well and stays well with you and your baby. They were extremely helpful with pictures, current development, checking to see if the bird had adverse reactions to different clothing, colors, or people. They educated my wife and I on what to look for health wise, and nuitrition wise. When we brought her home, they encouraged contacting them with any questions I may have.
