I have a Cockatoo that I was given because her owner was adopting a baby and would not have the time to give her the attention that she needed.

The cockatoo (Stormy) has started nipping but not hard... Just enough to know you have been nipped. There are days that I can not get her out of her cage and this is when she nips. She has pulled her feathers out before I got her... SHe has soft pin feathers now. Is there a reason that she does the feather pulling?  Is the nipping to let me know that she is displeased with me?

I am new to raising Blue Front Amazons and Indian Ringneck Parakeets
