| I recently purchased a Lilac Crowned Amazon, he is six months old and is currently molting. Two days ago I noticed two small bald spots right above each of his nostrils he seems to be scatching quite in that area. He is eating fine and acting normal playing with his toys whistling and talking like always. Can anyone tell me if this might be due to this being his first molt. Thanks for any help you can give. I'm planning on taking him to the Vet this saturday. Vickie
