I have a friend that has a Love Bird and they are beautiful gentle birds. I would love to possibly find a breeder in the fayetteville area or have one that is very hand tame sent to me. Just wondering if you are aware that these guys can be a bit territorial so he may or may not get on with your Cockatiel. Also be careful allowing the tiel walking on his cage i have seen toes get attacked like that. I am not meaning to scare you i just want you to be aware that sometimes well Lovies can be Quite the handful. I know a wonderful breeder in Florida who may be able to recommend someone closer. She has a wonderful Lovebird Forum called Lovebirds Plus [url=http://www.lovebirdsplus.com/community/][/url] You can learn a lot about the species as well as meet breeders. Also there is a lovebird group on Yahoo called LB It is a great group and has great info. I know one breeder in Virginia who has the sweetest little birds.
