| Hello, I live in the Toledo area and have been looking to buy a couple of young hand-fed parakeets (budgerigars) for quite some time now. None of the pet stores here seem to have the hand-trained variety. I was wondering if any breeder within 100 miles of the Toledo (OH) area has any available?
