Hi all . Im Ronen and my 2 parrots are Sonny (orange wing amazon ) and Coco (african grey)
Just a few thing to know about the birds to give you an idea on how to help me and them.

My Amazon and my Grey were both around 3 month old when i bought them. Today they are 6.5 yrs old. Sonny lives with me in my aptand I can not ask for a more loving parrot, he is just a ham. He is never locked in his cage but he does consider it his safe heaven and stay in the cage area all day and will await for me to get home, (its more like a parrot gym . swings ,tree ,ladder and more ) Ive been taking Sonny out since his was 6 months old and he is pretty much used to the out side world (yup he is clipped ) sonny is not fond of other ppl touching him.but He doesn't mind perching on them. as long as they dont try and pet him. If they do he will give a warning by making a sound , that is pretty much all it takes for them to pull their hand away , his diet is great , feathers are bright and clean , like to shower . Just a big baby

Coco , My grey , Live with my mom since she was 7 months old , I cared for her and weened her to eat reg food. Once i had her eating normal parrot food. She went to live with my my mom and is currently still there. she was a loving parrot in the beginning and then started to get a bit aggressive. My mom did pay a lot of attention to coco but the parrot kept getting more aggressive. She is not caged during the day , but is at night time. She is afraid of every new object tht comes in the apt , Pick is not the word when it come to food. If she doesn't like it , Bam she will knock over the blow and wont eat. She like to have her head rubbed but will snap at you 15sec after starting too , and she can clamp down real darn hard , Her feathers are in great shape and very clean.

The reason why it came down to asking for help , is yesterday i went to my mom to eat. And do the usually thing i do when i come , say hello and kiss coco on beak and make noise , she usually replies in the same manner. It was diff yesterday. She almost took out my eye , missed by less then an inch , but got me with a scratch from both the top and bottom of her beak. The hit was so darn hard it felt like a 6yr old punching in the face with keys. My bone under the eye is still a bit sore , im very surprised at the behavior. But i assume that since she has got aggressive , my mom spends less time with coco and im sure that make coco more aggressive.

Now for the other help.
I would like to bring coco live with me and sonny. problem is , how to i start training them to live together ? they do both know each other , i bring sonny every few weeks in the summer to play with coc , but sonny pays no mind to coco and coco is wanting to play with sonny I was thinking of getting a double cage (one of top of the other ) for starters. But im scared that coco will bit or hurt sonny when im not home. Now sonny is a another problem. He is never caged and he goes nuts when the door locks up. If i only lock coco up , then there would be a chance that sonny will climb down to coco's cage and then coco might or will try and snap at sonny toes and well you know.

Thank you in advance for your help
Deep
