I just want to make sure Im understanding you, you just bought a 15 year old Timneh that plucks and you have no idea what diet a Grey requires? Instead of looking for free advice you need to see a Avian Vet. You clearly need direct direction from a licensed Vet.Im not sure why you would buy a parrot that you dont even know how to feed? And buying a Parrot that plucks is a whole other issue especially at 15!
Good Luck

| Hi Brad, Congrats on your new birdie! I would take her for a vet visit. This is something I would suggest to anyone getting a parrot. Feeding her cooked meat in very small quantities is okay, provided your avian vet says it's okay to do Mine love cooked sweet potatoes, watermelon, different types of squash, grapes, cous cous, rice, cucumbers, actually if I sat here and typed out everything mine eat, I would be here all day. I also like to purchase cooking diets that come prepackaged that are easy to fix on days when I have extra runnin' to do and don't have time to slice and dice other foods. Good luck with your new bird!
