| I currently ave a cockatiel, but i am looking to enlarge my flock. I am torn between getting a quaker and a sun conure. I am wondering how there temperament will be towards my tiel, which will get along better with it? I do not have a problem with the noise.

It all depends on the individual bird. Quakers, like 'Tiels, can be a bit feisty. So you might just need to narrow it down between which species YOU prefer- The Sun Conure or the Quaker.
Either way; once you get your new birdie, you will have some time where your Cockatiel will need to adjust to the new bird. Just a suggestion to getting your current bird ready for your new arrival, which might make things easier for all of you: (Which could help your current bird take the new bird a bit better)
While you're patiently awaiting your new arrival, you may want to get the new birds' cage all set up in the place where the bird will be after you've quarantined him. Put a fake bird (Colored similarly to the species of the bird you're planning on getting) in the cage, and routinely go over and feed/water/attend to the new bird to get your current bird used to you having to avert your attention from him sometimes.
