The state of Missouri is attempting to pass a bill wich would ban the sale and/or ownership of parrots and other birds commonly kept as pets.  Although many of you may not live in Missouri, you should still take note.  If this type of bill passes in one state, others will follow.  Take a look at this link:

Hi, not sure if I'd sweat it - unless there was a massive abuse scandal there - who knows?

They've tried this time and again in NC, and it hasn't happened as yet.  Although, if the Dept. of Agriculture started a program - I'd welcome it.

There are too many 'breeders' and I use this loosely, that should be put in check - I've seen and heard of too many deplorable conditions - stuff

that would just make your hair stand up straight.

But keep an eye on them anyway, you never know.
