| Did I miss the window of opportunity with this one or have I just spoiled it? I have a black headed caique that is 16 weeks and still cries until he gets fed, or i give him an apple or grapes. His dishes are always full of Harrisons and roudybush pellets, other veggies, and fruits, but he is showing very little interest in them especially when he in in that begging baby mode. He sounds like a fireengine and it is starting to go right through me! I have ground up some of his pellets and fed him small feedings of that through a syringe, but he won't eat them other wise. I could keep feeding him apples and grapes, but that will not give him the nutrition he needs. Anyone have a plan of attack for this one? The new owner is picking him up next week, but I can't let him go like this. Thanks
Greg

Sorry dude, took me a bit to post If it were me....I would probably wait one more week before sending him home...just to be on the safe side. I don't know though...how are Caiques as far as reverting back to handfeeding? The lil' critter might do just fine...Im always a worry wart.
